This event is centered around developing a common understanding of what a Data-Informed Decision Making (DIDM) process is and how to facilitate this process. As a school team, you leave this day having worked through identifying your school's biggest challenge area, the “why” behind this area, and the potential gaps in data you need to collect. You will practice writing a precision problem statement, creating goals, selecting interventions, and developing an action plan.
