Anna L. Hebb, Ed.D. is the Local Education Lead and Systems Coach for Virginia Tiered Systems of Support (VTSS). She is also an adjunct professor for the Social Work Department at Virginia Commonwealth University. A licensed clinical social worker and certified school social worker, Dr. Hebb has more than 25 years of practice in school social work, PK-12 education, and social-emotional wellness for staff, students, and families. She is best known for her work on trauma-sensitive schools, systems change, risk assessment process and support, self-care for students and staff, and implementation of multi-tiered support systems. She loves nature, taking walks, singing, and journaling. She is a Gigi of 4 and loves spending time with them.
