This two-day event is designed to provide an overview of the core components of advanced tiers, followed by team time. During team time, participants can review their teaming structures, dive more in-depth into screening and requests for assistance, develop decision rules, or explore the resources available to support students in Tier 2. This time will be customized to the division/school’s needs and supported by their state coaches.
Audience: School-level teams with Division Coaches
- This event is designed to support schools that are “ready” to move forward with exploring and/or installing Tier 2 systems in their school. School teams should have a strong Tier 1 in place to support students and be ready to set up or enhance systems for students needing additional support. It is essential that the team members in attendance include division leaders, specialists (such as behavior, academic, and SEL specialists/coaches), school administration, school counselors, and general/special education teachers who will be supporting Tier 2 implementation.
